  • $130.00 per night on weekdays

  • Rates based on an occupancy of 4, $20 each additional person per day

• Cancellation / Fees
• If Guest gives notice to cancel the Rental Agreement 7-14 days prior to the check in date, and if The Spotted Horse Ranch cannot rent the entire Occupancy Period to another guest, a refund shall be issued to the Guests credit card of no more than 50% of entire amount paid. If The Spotted Horse Ranch can rent the entire Occupancy Period to another guest, a full refund shall be issued, less a $100 processing fee. If Guest gives notice to cancel the Rental Agreement less than seven (7) days prior to check in, no refund will be given.
• No refund due to loss of power due to acts of nature or early departure
• On rare occasion the hot tub temperature may not be at the set temperature due to filling or cleaning. No refund will be allowed.
• Your credit card will be charged for damages that occur during your stay.
• Cabins require full payment when reserved either by check, Visa or MasterCard.
• Campsites and stalls require full payment when reserved with no refund for cancellation.
